Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days. If you placed your order over the weekend, please allow us the start of the week to get that order out to you!

No worries! We want you to love your items and we are happy to provide you with a return or exchange. If you would like a detailed rundown of our Return Policy, click HERE. Please note that sale items are final sale and are excluded from our return policy.

We will do our best to make your order right but can't promise your size will still be available if you wish to switch. We also pack orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them, sometimes sooner, so there is a good chance your items have already shipped out. If you are wishing to switch to a different size, I'd recommend going ahead and buying that size while it is still in stock and we will work to refund you for the first purchase by either removing it from your order or setting you up with a return. Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours after a label is created for it to appear in the tracking system. If your shipping label was created over 48 hours ago, please send us an email with your order number and we can check on it for you.

Currently we do no offer express shipping, but most orders do arrive within 3-5 days of ordering. If you are local to Columbus, the quickest way to get your order is to select local pickup at checkout.

Occasionally orders are checked earlier in a delivery route than your destination. Please allow your carrier 24 hours to get the item to you. If you still do not have your order by then, reach out to us and we can work with the mail carrier to ensure your package arrives.

We do not have a traditional storefront, but we do have a local office and warehouse space. We allow customers to pickup on Wednesday 12:30-2:30pm or Thursdays 9-11am unless otherwise noted at checkout. You can feel free to shop our showroom during these hours as well.

To be eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange, item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached on every item. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted 30 days after order date.

If you purchase the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our return portal. If you do not purchase the $1.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you can still return the item(s), however the fee for the return label will be deducted from your return value. These fees rarely exceed $10.

We can take your return during our local pickup hours on Wednesdays from 12:30-2:30pm and Thursdays from 9-11am. Please note that you still need to initiate a return through the return portal before bringing it to the showroom.

We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible when they arrive. Please allow us 3 business days after arrival for us to complete your return process.

Yes! However, this size guide is just a general guide and each brand and style differs slightly. We do make sure to include fit expectations on each product page. We also try on all of our items the week they drop and share those live videos on our Instagram Account.

We try to provide you with fresh products all year long. That said, some of our most beloved items do get restocked from time to time. We recommend selecting the "notify me when back in stock" button on the product page. This allows you to be the first to know when items arrive and it allows us the chance to know what is desired for our future purchases.

Yes! We offer both digital and physical gift cards. Please be sure to check that you have the correct type of gift card for your needs at checkout.
